Do you have an entrepreneurial attitude and want to work with the best individuals in the startup ecosystem? Antler Nordics is searching for Scouts to join us on our goal to locate, recruit, assist, and invest in the most exceptional Founders!

Our team in the Nordics is situated across Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo where we live and breathe a flat and flexible culture. Do you share our passion in tech companies, impact and exponential growth? Read on!

The role:

As a Scout, you will find, contact and help to change over planned Pioneers for our startup program in the Nordics, as well as screen and dissect their thoughts.This is the excellent role for students wishing to get insights and hands-on experience in the venture capital area, as you will have the chance to work with our Founders and some of the most powerful individuals within the Nordic startup ecosystem.

The position involves but is not limited to: • Identifying and sourcing for prospective company Founders • Research on and assessment of the ideas that are submitted to us based on trends and development in the tech world • Mapping out the Nordic startup ecosystem across various sectors

Who are you 

You have exceptional people & communication skills • 

You are a fast learner with a can-do attitude: sudden changes, tight deadlines and uncertainty don’t worry you • 

You are incredibly proactive and always ready for a new challenge!

• You have a passion for business and feel the world needs more difference-makers and innovators!

• You have some understanding or interest in the newest developments within technology and how they may be employed in different industries • You enjoy digging deep into research and love to optimize how you do so • You’re a quick learner, team player, but also able to work independently • You are business proficient in English

Note: This is an unpaid employment that is part-time in conjunction with your education or other work. In any case, we put resources into our representatives and we have a history of changing past understudies into full-time colleagues at Prong later on, for the suitable candidate.
